Valdon’s professional journey is built on a foundation of leadership, service, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive. A Retired Army Officer with 25 years of experience in Infantry, Military Intelligence, and Logistics, Valdon has spent his life leading teams, solving complex problems, and guiding others toward success. He went on to hold key leadership roles in the private sector, serving as an Amazon Business Coach and Director of Operations at companies like HelloFresh and Rent the Runway.

Today, as a Financial Services Representative licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance (LAH) and holding a Series 6 securities license, Valdon brings that same dedication to helping individuals, families, and business owners take control of their financial futures. His approach is rooted in education, strategy, and building trust—tailoring solutions that support both protection and growth.

Originally from Athens, Georgia, Valdon now resides in Plainfield, New Jersey with his wife, three children, one grandchild, and two dogs. A longtime Spartan Race competitor and current Senior Olympics trainee, he brings focus, endurance, and purpose into everything he does.

Valdon’s mission is to help break the cycle of generational poverty through financial literacy, empowering his clients to help them build a future that’s secure, informed, and full of possibility.
