Terrence helps individuals and families gain a clear understanding of their financial picture so they can make informed decisions about what comes next. He leads with education, believing that people make better decisions when they have someone willing to take the time to explain their options and help them understand the path forward.
Before entering financial services, Terrence built a career in the medical device industry. He grew up in a blue-collar household where money was tight and financial planning was never part of the conversation. His family experienced both the loss of a parent and the loss of a family business, and in each situation, there was no plan in place and no one to turn to for guidance.
Those experiences ultimately shaped the work he does today. Looking for a career that felt more engaging and meaningful, Terrence found purpose in sitting down with individuals and families, helping them navigate important financial decisions and prepare for the ones they may not yet realize they need to make.
Outside of work, Terrence spends as much time on the water with his children as he can, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, water skiing and fishing. The family spends their summers in Montauk, and he especially enjoys coaching his kids in basketball, football and baseball.
