As one of the first female minority professionals in her office, she broke barriers to become a partner with her mentor Chris, co-leading their team of advisors before coming to Barnum.

Rosi brings a uniquely personalized approach to client relationships, combining analytical expertise with genuine empathy. She excels at translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

Known for her accessibility and commitment to financial education, Rosi works collaboratively with clients through every life stage and transition. She specializes in comprehensive financial strategies that integrates retirement preparation, education funding, and wealth preservation strategies while ensuring clients feel confident and empowered in their financial decisions.

Rosi’s passion for financial education shines through her extensive public speaking engagements, particularly at women’s events and minority organizations across Long Island. She champions the Pathways Program for employer financial wellness and now heads the financial planning division for her group.

Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, Rosi finds balance between her professional commitment and personal passions. She cherishes time with her husband and three children on Long Island, where they enjoy traveling, hiking, and exploring new restaurants together. Her dedication to mental health advocacy and fitness reflects in both her personal life and client relationships, while her love for cultural traditions shines through her cooking—particularly her delicious empanadas—and appreciation for music and dancing.
