Matt Gaughran has over eleven years of experience working in the financial services industry as a financial services representative. In his time at Metlife, he has qualified for the elite leader’s conference five times and has won the “Top Gun” award for the highest producer in his early years. He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Hartford. He is licensed to sell Life and Health insurance in over 10 states. Matt resides in central Connecticut with his wife and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, and spending time with his family.
