Before entering the financial services industry, Don completed examinations with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the United Kingdom, strengthening his analytical and financial foundation. Outside of work, he is a competitive swimmer and was actively involved in the Leo Club, the youth division of Lions Clubs International, reflecting his dedication to leadership, personal growth, and community involvement.
