August discovered his passion for financial services early in his career as he saw firsthand the difference a solid financial plan can make, guiding clients from uncertainty to confidence, one step at a time. That experience shaped everything that followed.

A University of Connecticut graduate, August began his career as a stockbroker at Aegis Capital, where he built a strong book of business before transitioning to investment banking. There, he managed personal portfolios and worked on private offerings and initial public offerings (IPOs). Over time, he recognized that his true fulfillment came not from transactions, but from helping people build lasting financial security. That realization led him to shift his focus, allowing him to prioritize long-term strategies and meaningful client relationships over short-term deals.

Today, August takes pride in walking alongside his clients through every stage of their financial journey. From building a plan to celebrating milestones along the way, he’s committed to providing thoughtful, personalized guidance rooted in trust and genuine care.

When he’s not in the office, August enjoys spending time on the golf course, fishing, playing sports, staying active, and making memories with his family.
