Philip M. Napolitano III

CFP®
  • Financial Advisor
  • Investment Advisor Representative

With 25 years of industry experience, Phil brings a rare combination of Wall Street expertise and genuine commitment to making wealth-building strategies accessible to everyone. His career spans nine years with Prudential analyzing annuities and investments, seven years working directly with money managers to create investment models, and five to six years on Wall Street. Yet it was becoming a father that transformed his perspective. When his daughter was young, Phil left Wall Street to be more present for his family and to share the strategies he’d learned with those who need them most.

Phil’s mission is deeply personal. Growing up in Bridgeport in a modest household, he understands firsthand the challenges average families face. He’s passionate about democratizing the wealth-building strategies that affluent individuals use but rarely share. As he tells his clients, he takes what the top 1% uses and makes it accessible to the masses. For the past six years, he’s been building his practice around this philosophy, creating comprehensive plans that help clients access opportunities and information that might otherwise remain out of reach. His analytical background and institutional experience enable him to develop detailed, strategic approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

Beyond his professional dedication, Phil is a devoted family man and active community member. He and his wife are proud parents to their daughter, an accomplished young dancer, and two beloved dogs. Phil considers himself a dance dad, teaches CCD at his church, volunteers regularly, and is a passionate sports enthusiast who buys, trades, and sells sports memorabilia. A lifelong baseball fan and big NFL follower, Phil brings the same enthusiasm to his clients’ financial success as he does to everything else in life.
