Throughout his career, Paul has been a tireless advocate for Barnum’s clients, its advisors and employees, and the communities it serves as well as for the financial services industry. He is committed to leading an environment and culture at Barnum that promotes productivity, creativity, diversity, equity, inclusion, and teamwork.
In addition to serving as Barnum’s Chief Operating Officer, Mindee leads our Wealth Strategies Division, which includes specialists in the core product areas of insurance, annuities, and investments as well as financial planning and wealth management. She is a major catalyst for Barnum’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and is deeply committed to community service.
Elizabeth serves as Barnum’s Chief Marketing Officer, providing strategic direction to a team dedicated to supporting our advisors and building Barnum’s brand in the marketplace. By leveraging relationships within Barnum and with outside business partners, Elizabeth has led many transformational initiatives and new business endeavors that have delivered impactful results. In addition, she has integrated the concept of “growth mindset” into the culture at Barnum.
Joe passionately believes in the important role a financial advisor can play in the life of an individual and their family. As a result, he focuses his energies on attracting the best talent to Barnum, developing that talent, and leveraging the firm’s considerable resources to enable his advisors to achieve our mission of “enriching as many lives as possible”.
Stefano’s role is to provide strategic leadership and hands-on direction to develop, deliver, and evolve an extraordinary, unique, and impactful technology-based experience for our clients, our advisors, our employees, and our business partners. He harnesses the four main elements of technology – automation, security, customer experience, and data – into an integrated approach to driving client and advisor satisfaction and success.
