Andrew specializes in new business continuation strategies through risk management. Andrew partners with Business Attorneys, Loan Officers and other trusted partners when completing/filing new business agreements. Andrew joined the firm in 2011, and advises business owners and their partners by protecting their intellectual and monetary capital. Andrew utilizes the teams’ focus planning and individual consulting services platform when advising clients’ concerns for long-term growth. Andrew has a Finance degree from the University of Mississippi. Series 7, 63, 65.

Financial Position + Protection Plan:
The Financial Position + Protection Plan agreement provides a net worth statement, cash reserve, and/or cash flow statement and may include additional analysis on debt management, loan payoff options and budget strategies.
The agreement also provides an overview and recommendations for the client's risk
management situation. The review may include projections and options for survivor income,
disability income and long term care needs. Other review options may include small business owner concerns such as Key Person and Business Overhead Expense planning. This planning service also provides the Financial Position module.

How We Work With
Asset Allocation + lnvestment Advice:
Asset Allocation + lnvestment Advice agreement includes an examination of the client's current financial situation, which may include: net worth, income and expenditures, investment risk tolerance, and risk management analysis. An asset allocation is provided as are other illustrations which together may provide the client with alternative strategies available based on the client's time horizon and risk tolerance.
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES
Financial Plan agreement is an advisory service that is designed to help clients establish a direction for their financial lives, understand the interplay of a broad spectrum of financial areas, and understand the importance of periodically making adjustments to help reach their goals and objectives. A financial plan is generally designed to provide a personalized presentation of a client's current financial situation, as well as recommendations based on an analysis of the data input into the financial plan. Areas that may be covered during the financial planning process include financial position, risk management, wealth accumulation, asset allocation, tax planning, business planning, retirement planning, education planning, investment planning, special needs planning, and estate planning, among others.

Ed specializes in preserving family wealth through risk management. Ed partners with Estate Attorneys, CPAs, and Trust Officers to help mitigate taxes and eliminate probate fees. Ed joined the firm in 1991, and advises some of the firm’s highest net worth private clients and addresses their complex insurance planning. Ed has established key relationships with various resources of the firm and its outside network of expert professionals. Ed has a Master’s of Science in Financial Services and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy among other numerous professional designations. Series 7, 26, 63, 65.
Nick DiLello
Financial Planner
With 20 years of industry experience, Nick focuses on asset management, financial planning, and protection planning strategies. Nick partners with Corporate and Commercial Attorneys, CPA’s and other trusted partners. Domiciled in RI and licensed to sell insurance and securities in several states. He holds the Series 7, 6, 63, 66 Securities Licenses. Nick lives in Providence, RI with his wife, Amy, with their two sons. Nick is active in his community, giving time to many charitable organizations.
